We improve circulation, clean the energy channels along the spine, life energy is awake and has a good flow, with the breathing exercises we clean the body from impurities, improve digestive system (not only better digestion of food, but also better digestion of impressions), we initiate the movement of the lymph. We end with a deep rest of the whole body.

PRANA

A peaceful meditation practice that opens blocked areas in the body.

We strengthen concentration, breathing awareness, correct irregularities of unconscious patterns during breathing, fill blood with oxygen and life energy, we extract the toxins and impurities from the body and spread the feeling of great comfort in the body.

REGENERATION

We are removing fatigue and deeply rooted tension, restoring the body.

This is an exceptional practice, especially if we have been under pressure for a long time and we got used to it. It is also very transformative for the state of the current ,,mental noise” and mixed emotions.

The classes are held to groups or individuals and they last for 90min.

Useful tips:
* Don’t practice yoga on a full stomach. There should be an interval of at least 2 hours between your last meal and practice.
* Practice is mostly done while you are barefoot, without jewelry, glasses, watches and when your mobile phone is in silent mode.
* It’s good to have comfortable clothes made of natural fabrics.
